Architectural Concrete Projects from Cell-Crete

Bella Torre

Bella Torre

Client: Daniel Silverie III, Inc.

Location: Bella Torre, Walnut Creek, CA

Date: Summer 2002

Square Footage: Approximately 5,000 sq. ft.

This was a courtyard that we poured approximately 5,000 sq. ft. of concrete that was then saw cut to an architectural pattern. In the center of the courtyard were 2 very intricate design layouts. They incorporated sweeping arcs with integral color schemes. We had to have pattern molds manufactured to give the precise layout pattern design of the architect.

This job showed how Cell-Crete is not afraid of challenges, but with good planning, management and skilled workers was able to give the customer just what they had envisioned when they designed the project.

EmeryStation

Client: Daniel Silverie III, Inc.

Location: Terraces at EmeryStation, Emeryville, CA

Date: Summer 2003

Square Footage: 13,399

We poured sloped concrete on 13399 sq. ft. of podium plaza deck. Then we saw cut it into a set pattern designed by the architect. From this cut pattern we stained various shades into the mosaic pictured below. The solid colored area is a simulated bridge that rises over a fountain area which we saw cut to look like wood planks and stained also.

Glendora Public Library

Client: Courts Construction Company, Inc.
