1956 - Cell-Crete Corporation Founded

In the 1950’s, Lou Fisher, Sr. started a family owned and operated business, Cell-Crete Corporation. Through the years we have maintained the original company vision and spirit of putting customers first – your success is our success.

1958 - Partnered with Elastizell

Our partnership with Elastizell, cellular concrete material and equipment provider, began in the early stages of our business. We are grateful to have grown alongside Elastizell.

1977 - MGM Grand Project

One of our first projects on the Las Vegas strip was roofing the MGM Grand Hotel.

1978 - Partnered with Maxxon

Our work with Maxxon dates back to the 1970’s. We are a proud authorized installer of the entire Maxxon product line, including Gyp-Crete®.

1998 - Moved Headquarters

We moved from Rosemead to Monrovia, California. Our headquarters might be located in California, but we are happy to provide our services in every state!

2007 - Began Fireproofing

Our highly skilled fireproofing teams pride themselves in finishing the job in a timely, professional and clean manner.

2015 - Partnered with Aerix Industries

Our partnership with Aerix began in 2015, they became one of our trusted foam suppliers.

2017 - Metropolitan Water District Project

Permeable lightweight cellular concrete pour

We poured 5,000 CY of Aquaerix permeable low-density cellular concrete (PLDCC) by Aerix Industries for the Metropolitan Water District (MWD). This was our first large scale project where pervious cellular concrete was used.

2017 - San Pedro Tank Abandonment Project

NAVFAC was looking for an inert material to fill abandoned tanks, in an efforts to minimize future remediation effort during tank excavation and removal. LCC was chosen for the job

2019 - SoFi Stadium Project

Cell-Crete Sofi Stadium Trench Backfill

We had the privilege of placing LCC during construction of SoFi Stadium for not 1 but 4 project scopes. LCC is extremely versatile and offers many project benefits.

2021 - Tesla Gigafactory

Tesla Gigafactory LWIC project, first major Texas project completed.

2022 - Gordie Howe Bridge

Gordie Howe Bridge, Detroit Michigan – First large East Coast project completed. Over 150,000 CY were placed on this project.

2023 - New Fleet

New Fleet of equipment sourced Electric and Hydraulic.

2023 - I-405 Improvement Project

I-405 Improvement Project, the second largest cellular concrete project, was completed with over 295,000CY placed at 50 different locations on the project.

2025 - New Office

Cell-crete’s new Irwindale office opened.

2025 - Celcore Partnership

2025 - Amplify Project

Started the Amplify Project in Mississippi, which will be the largest LWIC roof project in company history.
