We installed Lightweight Insulating Concrete (LWIC) over a 3 inch in 1 foot sloped vented metal deck. LWIC Roof decks can provide FM and UL ratings. For this project, we provided a 1 1/2 hour fire rated system as required in the specification.

Bishop Amat High School is building a permanent home for their visual and performing arts programs. This project will also benefit the surrounding community, who will have access to the new facility.
