The new construction, located near the intersection of Red Hill Avenue and Alton Parkway, is a four-story edifice that will feature more than approximately 479,000 square feet of space which will be used for offices, labs, a conference facility, a museum, and a reception facility, among other functions.

Cell Crete installed a Lightweight Insulated Concrete and Cement coverboard system inside planter decks to provide slope to drain and encapsulate non-typical protrusions through the existing deck. This system provided a smooth and positive sloping substrate for the Hydrotech Hot Rubber System.
